What We’re All About

AlGen Holding Company adheres to a holistic approach of early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave our early childhood educational centers, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.

Our Mission

The mission of AlGen Holding Company is to provide a foundation to support all students in their development as lifelong learners and contributing members of the community while supporting families in their essential work as parents and caregivers. 

AlGen Holding Company educational facilities are licensed by the Department of Public Welfare and the Office of Child Development and Early Learning, has a Keystone STARS Rating of 3 or higher, and meets all state and local health safety requirements.  All educational facilities provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students enrolled.  Each student is encouraged to develop physically, emotionally, socially, mentally, and creatively through age, cultural, and individually appropriate learning settings while forming a partnership with parents/guardians, families, and community stakeholders.  

The administration and teachers of all of our educational facilities build relationships with parents/guardians, families, and community stakeholders by working together in a partnership in determining what is best for our students.
